Cancellation Policies


  • We offer ONE freeze of one month per membership term. We require 7 days notice using our form available online on our members portal for freezing.
  • You can transfer your membership ONCE per membership term. There is a $50 administrative fee for transferring membership to another family member or a friend. The fee is collected at the front desk.
  • Early termination of your term membership requires 60 days notice using our cancallation form available on our online portal. Cancellation fee is equal to 2 payments of your regular membership payments and will be collected in full on the day we receive the cancellation notice. Regular membership dues do not count to wards the cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation due to a medical reason requires medical documents. There is a $100 administrative fee to be paid at the front desk for early termination due to medical reasons.
  • ALL TERM MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS require a 60 day notice, cancellation fee (equal to 2 payments) and WRITTEN notice emailed to the email address on the form. We do not accept verbal / SMS or any other cancellations. Download, fill the following form and e-mail it with your documentation and payment to the address below.
  • Cancellation after your initial term requires a 2 months (2 payments) WRITTEN notice via email.
  • Processing of your request can start only once we have ALL the required documents and WRITTEN cancellation request.
  • The cancellation form is available on the member's section of our website.
